the foreigners hold her in such great esteem. If we can work

harder, surely China will be raised to a position of

international equality. This will be certain. The reason

why China is highly regarded by the various Powers is probably

because the 5 Yuens of the Central Government have been

properly established and the various generals have been

unified.

As regards the management of the Kuomintang and the

military work in Kwangtung we should be better unified and

should work hard unanimously. We must realize that Kwangtung

is the birth place of the Revolution and must be properly

governed first so as to set an example to the other provinces.
